Our client is a growing mid-sized CA firm with international connections and long history in New Zealand. The firm has a sizeable fee base and loyal clientele with focus on SME businesses operating across a range of industries, including property, IT, professional services, retail and construction to name a few.
Due to sustained growth and an increasing demand for the firm’s existing and new lines of services, the opportunity has arisen for a confident tax professional to join their team in Auckland.
Based in the heart of Auckland City, the role requires the talents of an articulate client adviser with solid grounding in tax. The role has a dual BAS and Tax focus and will suit an articulate accountant with solid grounding in financial and management accounting and tax.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have proven experience assisting clients understand their tax obligations and provide comprehensive tax advice, guidance, and strategy planning.
This role may be suitable and appeal to two groups of potentially suitable candidates:
- strong intermediate to early senior tax consultants interested in broadening their experience and gaining some exposure to business services responsibilities, and
- strong intermediate to early senior business services accountants with good tax knowledge interested in developing further their skills in the tax field
We are looking for a CA or CPA qualified or nearly qualified professional for this role.
